4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp (depending on your chosen contact method).
5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact details.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.
