At Hira Store, we aim to provide our customers with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our shipping policy to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We currently deliver through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within City: 1–2 business days

  • Within Pakistan (Nationwide): 3–5 business days

  • International Orders (if applicable): 7–14 business days (may vary depending on destination and customs clearance)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays (weather, courier issues, holidays, etc.).

 


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp (depending on your chosen contact method).


5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact details.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.
